The University of Mississippi
Montana will graduate from the Meek School of Journalism and New Media in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Broadcast and a minor in cinema.

Montana has accomplished a lot during her 4 years at the university. Scholarship has always been of great importance to her. Montana has appeared on both the Chancellor's Honor Roll and the Dean's Honor Roll throughout her college career.
In result of her academic accomplishments, Montana gained membership in 5 honor societies: The Golden Key International Honour Society, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Pi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, and Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society. In addition to these societies, Montana was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta, the first Greek-lettered fraternity known among women. .

New York Film Academy
In June of 2012, Montana traveled to Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida to study acting and film at the New York Film Academy's summer program for teens.
Montana learned new techniques through work on the field and in class settings. Before the park opened each day, the students assisted in the productions of their classmate's films. During the day, the students attended various classes, a few of which included: Acting for Film, Acting Technique, Scene Study, Film Craft, Monologues, Voice and Movement, Improvisation, and Audition Technique.
